The 100 miles challenge sounds like a good idea. If you're not feeling 100% there's nothing saying you can't go for a slower walk for even a half mile or a mile. Also, if you w ant to ease back into exercising you could try some of Spark's 10 minute workouts. They aren't too strenuous.
