The good news is that the rain finally stopped. I can't believe that we made the national news. Too funny.
This is usually a large cornfield not far from my house.
No wonder Sasha and I couldn't go walking for the past 3 days. We would have had to swim instead!
Got a good workout tonight. I have started taking a book with me when I use the treadmill. Started reading and the next thing I knew I had been on the treamill for 45 minutes. Took it a little easy tonight because yesterday was strength training and I started a new workout-just a tad sore. Felt good though.
Treadmill: 45 minutes - 2.5 miles
Water jogging : 6 minutes
Strength training: 6 minutes
Stretching: 6 minutes
Now for the better. Finished reading Chapter 5 of "The Spark". What a great book. I am going to sit down tomorrow morning and re-assess my long-term and short-term goals. Wish me luck.
