Hate this time of month

Being a girl is hard sometimes, especially on dieting! Exercising isn't a problem for me, I have to do it because of my job. But the week before my period, I retain everything...and I mean everything, then I feel like I've gained weight...because I do temporarily. Even if I do all the right things! It's frustrating. Then the week of, I don't want to be worrying about dieting, but I do, but it seems to do no good really. There's only 2 weeks in a month that I can make progress with my weight, and that's frustrating.
