I've quite a bit of work to do.I was most surprised by my ability to perform 40 chair squats and my inability to hold in plank position for at least 30 seconds.

I feel hopeful . emoticon

    Way to go on finishing the test...Looks like we are pretty close on our ability to do squats and our inability to hold a plank!! LOL! Good luck during the challenge!
