Home Alone...Arrrgh!

Saturday, October 02, 2010

Today woke up feeling ready to get in a workout. I did one hour of cardio with fittv. It felt great. I was going to go to the park and get a run in and try to beat my 6 miles I did last week but just wanted to get in a quicky and start the much needed housework. Since my daughter went out with friends and did I mention my son moved out two weeks ago. I am so proud of him. He found a good job and is now rooming with his cousin. I had such a dinner planned for tonight for the hubby and I of fish (red snapper) broccoli, cauliflower and roasted potatoes. Since I haven't seen him since thursday now I just received a call saying that he has to work again tomorrow. He now says if he would have known he would have taken the car. So here's to eating dinner alone tonight. I'm just going to make the best of it and sit back and pop in a movie and relax but right after I get in another workout.

Hope you all are having a great weekend.

Honey I wish I could get some alone time My oldest daughter graduated from college in May, has a job but can't afford to live on her own yet. This is an expensive state. Your meal sounds SO delicious. How do you prepare your fish? I'm trying to start eating fish. (As a kid I was traumatized when I fished with my dad and just refused to eat I realize I need to.).

You have a good attitude as you really can't help that he has to work. Have a relaxing evening. You will get that dinner with your hubby soon enough.

    God Bless
