Strength training tonite. Every muscle group is saying you shouldn't have been snoozing this week!!
Treadmill: 37 minutes - 2.1 miles
Recumbent bike: 25 minutes - 8 miles
Strength training: 76 minutes
Stretching: 6 minutes
Good workout, sweat alot and I feel refreshed. Strange but good.
