October Goals (GOYAM TEAM)

I've slipped a little lately and need a new month to get back to working my goals.

Starting today, I will:

Log food
Spin class 3 x per week
Weight training 3 x per week
Get on bed on time, and get up on time
Practice balance exercises daily
Cardio: Minimum of 3 hours weekly (spinning)
Limit carbs and emphasize protein

By the end of the month, I want to weight 127 pounds
Do one unassisted pullup

    Yay for your precision and determination here, Ms SleekKitty! And thanks for the pumpkin, too. Even though a pumpkin is SUPPOSED to be rotund, it reminds me of my former sideways view ... and how that has been altered one day at a time, just one step at a time. As for the improving body-profile, well, 'twill be maintained at the same pace. Thank you for the reminders here, especially the one about protein precedence over carbs!
