I have been MIA for a couple of weeks now. Been eating mostly well (except 3 minor incidents with a pizza parlor and once with a hamburger). But, no exercise AT ALL! Now I have to try and pull up my boot straps and heed the advice I have given to others. Forget the past, take one step at a time and take it forward, and reground with what my real goals are and should be....be active, be healthy, and be fit.
