holy crap kick my butt.. who would think 3 min of jogging could make you feel like that.. i am so out of shape it is ridiculous.. week 1 on the c25k i could barley walk i had shin splints so bad..... i would jog my 60 seconds and try to walk my 90 sec and couldn't put pressure on my legs it was terrible then when the jog was over i would hobble to the car and try to drive home... thanks god no one jumped out in front of me i honestly would of ran them over. then.... i went to dicks and tried on the Reebok run tones ....heaven the best $100.00 dollars i have every every every spent.. from that day no no no shin splints....it is like a whole new world of jogging.. so spend the money on them they are great....so today is my rest day and tomorrow will be week 3 day 2 scary.......but i will finish this 9 week course ... thanks for reading..

    those shin splints are a bugger! Glad you got that resoved right away. I need a new set of shoes too... Maybe I'll go get some this weekend. I've been slacking on everything since I began school. Ugh!
