The meeting yesterday with the personal trainer was not as scary as I had imagined.

We went through a series of strength exercises, most of which I had done at sometime in my life before, but he really focused on the correct position and form, and I really felt the wrokout so much more then and now! That was probably the scariest part, was thinking about and keeping my form correct.

The plan for now is that I will met him two days a week to do the strength exercises and the rest of the week I will do cardio. I am even suppose to come in early to the appointments and start my cardio warmup before the appointment, so that we have maxium time together on the machines. He claims he will have me in the free weight room before I know it, but I am not os sure.

We do stretch after each exercise, and that felt good, but I can still feel it in my biceps and what not this morning. I am thinking I might need to hit the Wii Yoga today too!
