I'm back....with a whimper and a whine!!!!

I've been MIA for the last 6 months and have totally lost control!!!! I know I've gained some weight back, just not sure how much as I quit allowing the scale to decide if it was a good day or not. It's gotta be around the 20 pound mark I'd think. I'll up date my stats tomorrow!! In all honesty, we got sent to Lake Louise for 3 months and the internet SUCKED!!!! By the time we returned to the real world I was already in the habit of not posting,.My bad!!! and now I'm paying for it, LOL. I really have missed all my sparking friends and the great support you have all been to me. Here's hoping I can get back in the groove!!!!!!
