Official Better Sleep Challenge - Week 1

Okay so I'm starting this sleep challenge mainly because I always wake up tired and stay tired throughout the day. Sometimes it's because I stay up late catching up on homework, or I'm always talking on the phone catching up with friends. But I need to put my health first. I have the entire day to get everything done so there is no excuse as to why it can't be done. Hopefully this challenge will allow me to sleep better and wake up feeling invigorated and ready take on the day!
