I had a very stressful two days at work so when I got off work last night I hopped on my bike and rode for an hour. I listened to one of my favorite podcasts (Prarie Home companion) and enjoyed my rural roads. I was a new person after that. I also talked to my husband and sister and that helped too.
I did notice that yesterday at work I was complusively eating oreos and swedish fish. I can see why stress is so bad for us.

    Nothing like stress to go for the junk food, but good for you getting out on the bike. I always feel loads better after a good workout if I have been stressed over something.
