well i am finally back to feeling good and up beat and getting back into my treadmil routine! am also going to be adding some strength training stuff too! but that will be added gradually this week! I am down a couple pounds and a couple inches!! I am finally seeing some results to the madness i am trying to keep up with LOL I am slowly introducing my body to a low-moderate gi diet to help with my weight loss i cant give it up completely but if i cut even just a little then it will help! things with our business are going to really be taking off soon!! we my husband and i are very very excited!!!! anyway just wanted to type a bit of a note..
