Ok I've been in a slump. emoticon
I don't have a problem with exercising, actually look forward to it. Usually get in 300 to 400 fitness min a week. I drink water wonderfully! Love it! On day 65 of "at least 8 glasses of water/day" streak. emoticon
But I've lost no weight since June! I track my calories most of the time but I go over my cal range 3 to 4 times a week. (at least) emoticon
I just can't seem to get a hold of this "small portion", "eat only when hungry" and "choose healthy foods" thing emoticon
But instead of quitting, I just kept coming to SP reading blogs, pages, comments, articles, suggestions, and similar situations. emoticon
So, 2 days ago I got seriously motivated again. and this time in 2 days I have had eaten 13 servings of fruits and veggies! (along with some good proteins and carbs)

I know this because I have made charts for the entire family, they are laminated and hanging in our kitchen. Each family member, even my 5 yr old charts with a dry erase marker, how many fruits, veggies, cups of water, and fitness min. ( I added chores for my sake) they have had/done each day. (a prize for all those that succeed w/ their personal goal for the week.) They are all doing Awesome!
I feel better, and stronger. emoticon And want to keep this up. Thanks all you Sparkers, for motivating me, even when you didn't know you were doing it, and when you didn't know I even needed it!
