I saw dietician on Monday and we've made a plan to get me off this 1.5kg plateau. Firstly, back to using the nutrition and fitness tracker which hopefully won't eat up too much time like before cos I really need to stay focussed on my uni studies and keeping up with work so I don't have any work homework (teachers work way too much).
Secondly, we've adjusted my steps to fit my new phone pedometer which doesn't register as well as my clip-on pedometer. Also, pushing myself to get more set workouts like daily 10 minute walks everyday. Planned holidays with trying to keep similar routine of bedtime and eating consistently. She also reassessed my portion sizes being similar to previously so that should be ok.
Wish me luck cos I really want to reach at least 92kg (if not 90) by Halloween and striving for 85kg by December. My mom comes out in December and she's already committed to my Xmas present being new clothes which I'm proud to say I'll need as everything's getting baggy:) I'm 11kg down from last year and 19cm from my waist!!!! I'm pleased but I still want the rest to go and reach my goal by the end of 2011 hoping for 70kg:)
