Day 1 down

I completed Day 1. And while, I didn't stick to my calories like I wanted - what a wake up call to see how much I would typically eat. We made a veggie tray and added swiss cheese, crackers and salami. I didn't eat the any of the salami, but boy do those extra bites of cheese and crackers add up. Plus, living in Napa, it is hard to say no to that chilled glass of sauvignon blanc on a 99 degree day. :)

Today, I will aim to be a little bit better than yesterday. Stick to the calories allotted, make better choices and plan out my meals so I don't have to think about them. Small tweaks in my diet will make for big changes down the road.
