Trying to get motivated!

Ok, I'm struggling over here. I have had the worst couple of weeks food wise. Today I will get back on track and stay there!!!

    G-I know you can do this,and I think you know you can do this.Your in a slump right now(and with good reason)you need a different way to release some of your stress.Not more exercise,I think your good there.Maybe journal and keep it private.Get all your thoughts and feeling and anything else out to release it.It's worth a try.YOU CAN DO IT!LOLACAN
