A Wonderful Way to Start the Week!

I had a wonderful time with my two granddaughters this past weekend. I did go off my diet a little though and enjoyed a cup cake with the girls. We had a cupcake decorate yourself desert. They really enjoyed that. I didn't get much exercise except for walking around the grocery store a lot on Saturday and some working hard on Sunday to get everything cleaned up again. I did have one more plain cupcake but I weighed myself today and no weight gain so I feel very good about that. Today being Monday, I got right back on track again and did my exercise and posting the foods I've eaten. I'm going to try to add 15 minutes of dancing to music as an extra bit of cardio today. I'm beginning to feel a lot better about myself and I'm proud that I'm taking control of my health. It's that "Mind, Body" thing that is so true. If you are taking good care of your body then your going to have a much better out look on life. Not so many tears lately and my self esteem is much healthier. A Wonderful Way To Start the Week?
