This is so Embarrassing :(

If I didn't know that most of you have been here too I would be ashamed to come back to this site. But I know if I'm going to make it, this is where I need to be.

I know that I felt SOOOOO MUCH BETTER when I had lost all that weight oh so long ago. I also know that I got more done around the house when I took time to cook healthy food and exercise. You just get caught up in the busyness of doing what you "think" is important that you don't actually take care of what is REALLY important. I spend way too much time at work but when I get there I get caught up in working and forget to do anything else. I need to take some time today to make some visuals -- something to keep me on track. I need to check into Sparkpeople before I check into Farmville. I need to schedule myself again so I can actually accomplish some things.

So . . . here I go -- for real this time!! I do commit to doing this!! I will be back here on a regular basis to keep my motivation up!! I will make a menu and prepare healthy foods!! I will exercise daily!! This weight will leave again!! I CAN DO IT!!

    Hi Sandy, I am so happy you are going to give this another go! Remember baby steps, don't burn yourself out on exercise the first week. Do a 10 minute walk with hubby or friend after dinner. It will leave you refreshed and wanting more, instead of being painful and 10 minutes is easier to fit into a busy schedule than an hour a day. Don't give up on natural fats, they help assimilate nutrients in our digestive tract and make us feel full. No trans fats, they will eventually kill you. Good luck old spark buddy, we both know you can do this!
