New goals and new determination!

So again I am looking at the calendar and I am seeing that there is only a couple months left to this year and I am still struggling with losing the weight I gained earlier this year and the end of last year.

This was going to be THE YEAR! The year that I got back on track and lose the pounds that have been finding their way back to me. Well I had to admit it but I am not getting anywhere fast.

So new goals and new determination. First of all, I still can have a good weight loss. there are still 3 months left to this year and it is totally possible and reasonable to lose 15-20 pounds. I can do this.

so goal 1: work hard to lose my 5% on the cats challenge (11.5 #)

to reach this goal I have to have some mini goals. *eating healthier by taking away the pop and drinking water instead. (I love the pop! it is diet but still I need to work on drinking the water) * journaling my food and counting calories. * limiting the sweets and junk. and *eating more fruits and veggies.

As for exercise; I have been doing pretty good. am following a program from the gym so I will continue working with that. basically it is doing st training 3 times a week and cardio 5-6 times a week.

I can do this!!!

    Boy I understand i problem with wanting to drink pop today. I gain 1.9 in a day and I am sure it was mainly pop and wine. But we cats will roar into this challenge the finish the years making our goals.

    Oh yes this was going to be my year too and know now am no where near the goal weight on my doctor slip but that is okay as long as have a loss for the year it can even be as lw as .25 pound but it is a loss am hoping for more
    You can do it you have a good plan my downfall is exercise

    Join the club of not getting anywhere fast.. We are cats.. we are determined creatures.If we want something then we will get it one way or another. 3 months left of 2010.. No reason we shouldnt be able to conquer this 5% and a bit more even.
