New goals and new determination!

So again I am looking at the calendar and I am seeing that there is only a couple months left to this year and I am still struggling with losing the weight I gained earlier this year and the end of last year.
This was going to be THE YEAR! The year that I got back on track and lose the pounds that have been finding their way back to me. Well I had to admit it but I am not getting anywhere fast.
So new goals and new determination. First of all, I still can have a good weight loss. there are still 3 months left to this year and it is totally possible and reasonable to lose 15-20 pounds. I can do this.
so goal 1: work hard to lose my 5% on the cats challenge (11.5 #)
to reach this goal I have to have some mini goals. *eating healthier by taking away the pop and drinking water instead. (I love the pop! it is diet but still I need to work on drinking the water) * journaling my food and counting calories. * limiting the sweets and junk. and *eating more fruits and veggies.
As for exercise; I have been doing pretty good. am following a program from the gym so I will continue working with that. basically it is doing st training 3 times a week and cardio 5-6 times a week.
I can do this!!!
