Fall 5% Challenge is Here!

of the Fall Challenge has finally started. All of the work to get everything going was worth every minute! The team page looks

Now for the bad news-one of the first challenges is blogging and feedback on other team mates blogs. I will be the first to admit-I am a rotten blogger. I can't even keep a journal consistently!! So this will be a REAL challenge for me. I almost wish that this part of the challenge was going to be longer. I do fine on logging my nutrition and fitness, but my blogging and journaling are almost non-existent. Hopefully by the end of the first challenge, things will be better.
Then I weigh-in the AM. I will be the first to admit, I haven't exercised for the past two weeks. Stress at home has been escalating and I have let my fitness fall by the wayside.
The good news is I only gained 2.2 pounds. Trust me, it could have been a lot worse. I didn't log my nutrition, but the things I learned previously about portion control, staying away from fried foods, and eating healthier have definitely become a permanent part of my lifestyle change. Good for me!!
New I need to get back on track, reset my goals and get back to my regular workout routine. It will almost be like starting from scratch, but every minute I spend exercising will make me a healthier me!!
