I have had a few really good weeks, and the weight I had gained has been dropping off like crazy. I have lost like 12 of the 20 pounds that I gained. I got back in my size 10 jeans yesterday... that felt good. 12 down... 30 more to go.. I can do this.

Exercising regularly again feels so good, better than wearing the smaller jeans.

    Yay!!! Congrats! How did YOUR swimsuit do? My did okay but I put weightloss on the backburner for a little while. I am looking forward to being active again on SP. You remain a big motivator for me! I love hearing how you are doing. I just started a new job (more once SP lets me update my page again) and don't know how to juggle the time. How are you doing this? Any tips?

    Good to hear! I need to get back to regular moving again. Since Aj started late team workouts, my schedule now suffers. I need to get back to my lunch workouts, starting tomorrow!

    Yeah you!! I gained 25 pounds starting when my sister got diagnosed... I'm down 7 and have 18 more to go to get back to where I left off in April.. sigh.. but at least I'm doing it again... then that darn ticker can start moving again... lessons learned (again)
