Week 1 & 2

For week 1, I've lost 2.5kg (5.5lbs), Now my waist is 38, before it was 38.5.
For Week 2, I try to add 1000 Jumping Ropes & 1000 steps of Jogging, but I'm not so sure how many calories it burn. My CW is 92.5kg, 5' 4 Inches. Anyone?
