Long Run Tomorrow

I'm writing on here when I should really be in bed, but I'm not tired yet. My husband went to bed with a bad headache, I think he is stressed out b/c of our dog. We found out that they may not be able to see us til January!! Are you kidding?! If they don't call by Monday or can't get us in next week, we will have to call the vet and she what she recommend, we don't want to go to much longer, he's not getting any better emoticon

Tomorrow we are getting up at 6am for a 630am run. It'll be four miles again and at the same park where I had my tantrum. My husband is a little weary but he's coming a long and said no phone, so he will be tracking our miles emoticon

I was ready US weekly tonight and I was reading an article about Kelly Osbourne and her weight loss. A quote has stuck out from that article and that is: "A diet will never change you. You have to change yourself. You have to say, "I'm just not going to do that anymore." I think Kelly is great, but man, she makes it sound so easy, especially for someone who has struggled with addiction. I hope I can get to her state of mind someday emoticon

So, I guess that's it. I thought for motivation for my long run I'd share this story that has always stuck with me and helped with my motivation. I know hardly anyone clicks on these articles. but this one is worth it

    Hang in there - you know you can map your route right here on the FITNESS section - then it wouldn't require hubby coming with you all the time.
