A First, 24 Fitness Sparkpoints

I'm patting myself on the back. tee hee. Gotta blog about something every couple of days, so this excites me... wonder if anyone will read this.
For the first time I reached 24 points (max) for fitness points. I didn't even plan on so much, but I was talking with my fellow water aerobicizers about Sparkpeople and what I've been learning and doing and well, the time flew by. Also it was our first class in over a month.
Back at my desk my friend called (on my cell), so rather than sit and talk (and bother my co-worker) I figured I'd get out of the office and walk while we talked. I kept up a good pace and told myself I would just do 10 min. But after we finished, I played a "game" and walked wherever I could find shade. We have lots of tall trees, so I kept going. When I saw I was at 27 min I decided to make it an even 30 and then do about 10 min of cool-down. I didn't realize that would add to the water cardio, all the way up to 120 min.
With posting this, I am on the way home to cook up the last 10 cups of fresh spinach to see if it will make a full cup of cooked. 5 cups take up the full fry pan, so I will have to do this in two batches.
