Alright world - lets do some good!

Friday, September 24, 2010

Good morning all.

Yes, I have a to do list a mile long and Sparkpeople blogging just happens to be one of them. This week I feel as though the charity/volunteer work has far outweighed the actual business work. I knew September and October would both be nuts but I had no idea.

By the way - if any of you are so inclined to donate to the Tri lakes YMCA - just let me know. :-) See I am multitasking. Trying to raise funs AND blog at the same time.

Life is crazy but good. I am playing tennis about every other day now and my left hand has only dropped the racquet twice! SUCCESS. Maybe those neurologists know what they are talking about when they told me other parts of my brain would take over and help me regain my left. Now I just look a bit clumsy versus dual stroke survivor.

OK off for now, my 4 yr old just came in from the other room and said it is scary being the only human in the living room. I am confused why we have three large dogs if she is still going to be scared.........

Thanks for listening and have a great day.

A four year old, just left the terrifying threes, so her imagination, is in full gear. Maybe, bring up the subject gently, "When you were in the living room, by yourself, did something frighten you?" A shadow may have appeared (her own, maybe) and she may, have seen it for the first time, on a light colored wall, or ceiling and didn't know what it was. Maybe a leaf swept across a window, and she heard it, and it startled her.
It is so good, she shared the feeling, with you.

So happy for you about your tennis swing, sounds like you can relax and enjoy playing, again.
