Well , another January another weight loss goal. But this one has to be different. My approach now that I am f=i=f=t=y has to be a lifestyle change and an attitude adjustment. I allow stumbling blocks to become roadblocks and that has to change! I am worth the time it will involve to treat myself properly and a big part of that is getting myself healthy. And staying healthy! I have grandchildren to make memories with and maybe more grandbabies in my future to rock!I want to clap for my youngest daughter's graduation! on to day two....
