Keep on tracking

This week I re-evaluated my Weight Watcher points and chopped two points off my total for each day. I'm still trying to work my way through this ongoing plateau, and always wondering what else I can do differently. It's all such an education and I learn more every day. Last week I celebrated a 3 pound weight loss, and this week one pound crept back on. I have faith that it will all work out well in the end, so with that in mind, I just keep tracking and working my program. Whether I lose weight or not I'm getting healthy, and life is, therefore, good for me right now, because if I've got my health I've got it all. emoticon

    You are doing so well! 3 pounds down last week and one pound up this week averages out to 1 pound/week. Weight Watchers says that a good weight loss is 1/2 to 2 pounds per week. You're right there!!! Keep up the great work!!!
