Oh Geeeez!

I've decided that I've GOT to lose weight. I had lost 35 lbs. with SP a couple of years ago, but quit trying, & gained it back. I am soooo uncomfortable & feel terrible. I've stayed the same weight for awhile..not gaining or losing, but now my clothes are NOT fitting how they should...way too tight. I must have gained inches due to not eating right, & not having ANY KIND of exercise. My joints, breathing, & everything else, is being affected...just like when I first started SP. I felt so much better, & could do more, after I had lost those 35 lbs. So now I am committing to do it again. In December I'll be (eeeek) 58, & I want to be smaller by then. I'm not setting a goal to achieve by that time--I'll just see where I am by then.

Glad to see you back!! I do think tracking helps a lot, I have stayed with it and am doing ok, though it is never easy!!! But tracking and weighing definitely gives us a reality check. Good for you and you can do it!

I know how you feel. I lost 50 pounds last year and gained 15 back in the past 9 months. My clothes were getting tight and uncomfortable. This is tough because I gave all my "fat clothes" away. Last week I watched the season premier of "The Doctor Oz Show" and it motivated me to get back on track.

    You can do it!!
