Check Me Out! I'm Getting Stronger!

I went to rehab for an injury the other day, and am EXTREMELY pleased to report that I am getting stronger!!! Yeah me! Yeah Sparking! My therapist had me doing leg lifts to strengthen the muscles around my knee area for more than 10 minutes--and I kept going without having to stop and rest. Then he put me on the weight machines and did more than 40 reps on each one. That didn't happen last month. This was following by the bike, where I pedaled for more than 10 minutes without stopping--and could have kept going if it wasn't time to leave. In all, I did MORE THAN 40 MINUTES of nonstop activity without needing a break. Let's hear it for the slowest loser/slowest rehab approach. I can't wait to get my bad self out there again today and keep on going. Who knows where this path leads? I think we're all going toward something more than a smaller waistline.
