Tears anyone?

Wednesday, September 22, 2010

Lets see....
Awful day at work?
Check.
Dog craps on the floor in the morning, I don't see it before I leave so Bryan tells me about it & is frustrated because "he always cleans up the messes"?
Check.
Calling 4 places that I've applied to with not much luck of finding a job?
Check.
Watching the Biggest Loser which causes huge amounts of tears?
Check.
Having a day where I just feel so miserable that all I want to do is eat 4000 calories?
Check.
Watching this incredibly inspiring video?

Check.

So, as you can see... tears have been the focus of my day. And let me tell you, I have the most major headache right now.

Some good things about today.

Tomorrow is another day.
I know that we just need to not feed the dog so late. He's not normally going to poo in the house.
I have applied to 4 more places tonight and I have two places to call tomorrow.
I won't be at my current job forever.
The BL is inspiring!
I DIDN'T EAT 4000 CALORIES!
That video is amazing... they were good tears.

Your silver lining is is very shiney! I have to admit that I'm never able to see it through my clouds, so kudos to you for being able to!

emoticon your day was crap, but like others said - finding the positive in all of that is a gift in itself. I am giving you an assignment to take a "dead to the world" bubble bath with the door locked and a DO NOT DISTURB sign. Some scented candles for extra credit. Due by sunday night!

Hey you know what? At least you can see positive, that in itself is a positive! And a huge round of applause about the calorie thing: I mindlessly will run through a family bag of Lays after a bad day!
