I gained 1.8 lbs this week. I think it is a combination of not tracking and it being that time of the month. My birthday is on Monday, so, I know it is going to be a struggle to lose next week. My goal will be to maintain and not gain anymore weight. The gym will truly become my best friend this week! My next goal is to take off 5 lb by Thanksgiving! I have found that setting goals helps keep me on track!
