Goal Setting

I gained 1.8 lbs this week. I think it is a combination of not tracking and it being that time of the month. My birthday is on Monday, so, I know it is going to be a struggle to lose next week. My goal will be to maintain and not gain anymore weight. The gym will truly become my best friend this week! My next goal is to take off 5 lb by Thanksgiving! I have found that setting goals helps keep me on track!

    Great you've found what works and have decide to focus on maintaining instead of going toxic guilt over any indulgences during your birthday.

    I know what you are talking about since I just got over mine and didn't really freak over the scale. Plus I have noticed for the last few days my sodium levels have been high which is unusual hoping to get a better grasp the last part of this week.

    Enjoy your time at the gym and I think you've set a realistic goal for Thanksgiving.
