Tomorrow is my one month anniversary here on Spark. I have made quite a few changes in a month. I'm not going to be so surprised if the scale doesn't reflect my hard work. The way I feel is proof enough of the changes I have made in one month. First of all, I have almost completely stopped drinking soda. I have had probably 5 - 20 oz diet sodas in the month compared to what I was drinking, a 2 liter bottle a day. I have stopped the all day snacking process which has been going on my entire life, I have had no candy in a month which is honestly the biggest accomplishment ever because I have the largest, deepest sweet tooth in the world. I have had no fast food at all, none, zip, no french fries, no hamburgers, no tacos, no deep fried chicken sandwiches. I have so enjoyed preparing healthy meals daily, I have come to love baked and grilled fish, I have become creative with my cooking. It so pleases me to be able to announce PUBLICLY that I may be on my way to losing weight and doing it right. I love the SPARK nutrition tracker, I love the people that I have been communicating with and I so LOVE LOVE the LIVE IT's TEAM AND CHALLENGES. I have been getting off my rear and exercising, Leslie Sansone has become my best friend, I've been using my Wii Fit and my mini stepper that have been collecting dust for oh so very long. Tomorrow I will know what the scale says but today I know what my heart says and that is oh sooo much more important! Watch out World!

    Good for you, especially with cutting out the soda! This is the hardest thing that I have tried to let go of. Lately even drinking soda makes my tummy hurt but I can't seem to give it up. Crazy I know...but at least I have cut back to one or two cans a day instead of two ltrs.

    CONGRATULATIONS for all the successes you have had. Those changes are the sparkles in your new sky! I have also been focusing on the positive changes I have made in the last month (started my journey about a week after you did). Those changes are the foundation. Glad you are feeling great about it!
