Arms, Shoulders, and Martial Arts Oh My!

Yesterday was a tough day, but I powered through all of it! Unfortunately my red resistance band snapped (which after two weeks of using upsets me a little), so I bumped most of the exercises up to blue or down to yellow. The blue was too much resistance and the yellow not enough most of the time, so now I'm thinking I need a new set of bands which bums me out. I tried taking them back to Sports Authority, but since it was over two weeks and I had been using them "strenuously" they wouldn't give me a refund or replace them. Bad news for them is there are two other sports places in town and I have the Internet, so I won't miss buying stuff from them much.
I am on a search for new bands since weights would take up so much room in our already small house (not to mention the cost). I am thinking about getting the ones off the P90X website. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments?
Martial Arts was GREAT last night! We ran through everything we needed to know for our next belt test with the Master of the dojo. This next belt test is a big deal. For five of us it is the jump from beginner class to intermediate. Each class has three belt colors before you move to the next class and that move takes about a year of training to do. In order to make it to the next class you need to read a few books and write book reports about them, right a paper on the character traits for the next belt, complete the physical requirements (push ups, crunches, and squats), and then test your martial arts knowledge in front of at least 4 black belts. Like I said, this next belt is a big deal! I have all my homework mostly completed and am only worried about the push ups: 15 standard push ups on your fists which doesn't sound like much, but it is hard for me to get all the way to the floor after about 8. I've been practicing though and am not all that worried about the belt test. The Master said we all looked fantastic and he thought we would all pass our test. Then he complimented my wonderful husband for doing such a fantastic job teaching everybody.
Yesterday I burned about 350 calories doing P90X and another 450 or so in Martial Arts. I have the exact number, but it is in my HRM which I put somewhere last night and have yet to find. Once I find it though I will be putting in the hours!
