Ya, I can run faster but I choose to ~TRAIN TO RACE NOT RACE TO TRAIN~

This run was about as nekkid as I could get without being nekkid. I ran this on the treadmill because its was thunder booming outside and I have this aversion to being struck by lightening. Heck, I even wore cotton of which we know that cotton is rotten for runners. I had to get this run in no matter what to keep my legs loosey goosey for my HM so there you have it.

The weather is going to absolutely GORGEOUS Sunday morning in Moline, IL for the Quad Cities Marathon and Half Marathon! Wooty woo hoo! Sahweet! The race starts at 7:30am central time and the Quad Cities is FULL of runners ready to run, baby! Bring it!

Other than the fact that I am still coughing and going slightly coo coo, I am ready to rumble!!!
