Plyometric Week 3

Wow plyometrics kicked my butt last night, but in a good way! I burned about 530 calories (according to my handy HRM) and I was dripping with sweat by the end. It was really tough since I took a week off, but I am so glad I did it! I was so pumped afterwards I got all my chores done, cooked an awesome dinner, got in a shower, and even had time to watch a little television with my husband. Not bad for a Monday night!

Tonight is Arms and Shoulders and then I have martial arts, so I have no idea what to make for dinner. I get about an hour between martial arts ending and bedtime to get all my chores done and dinner made, so it will be something quick to make. I will get it figured out here soon.

I found out yesterday that next year they will be releasing P90X: MC2! Even though I won't need it for awhile, I think it is exciting there will be something for me to move to when P90X gets a little repetitive (after the 90 days of course).
