A Better Day!

Tuesday, September 21, 2010

I was told by one of my doctors a couple of years ago that I needed to lose weight. During each visit my weight is brought to my attention.
During my prayer time, I realized how disobedient I've been. This thought came to me; If I was hospitalized and told that I couldn't have any salt. I wouldn't get any! If I was to maintain a 1200 calorie diet. That would be it for the day! I also realized that I pay the doctors for their advice and I need to take it seriously instead as routine.
So, yesterday was a wonderful day of staying focused. It feels so good when one is in control of one's body and actions!

When you cut out the salt, you begin to taste the food much more. Everything tastes better.

If we pay them to tell us the 'naked truth' we may as well, do what they say. My principal's aunt told us that once she turned 50, she started working for the doctors, so we better take care of ourselves.

Thats the Spirit (Holy that is)! When the Lord gives you a revelation about yourself, it always makes you feel like you are a kid with your dad...(awww mannn! Come on right Lord...SHOOT!...aww come on God, do I really need to give it up? Come onnnn.....Okay then)LOL
