Part One - Exercise & Nutrition!
Last week, I was able to do [[5 days of working out]] and [[not go very far over my calorie intake]] which I am most proud of.
This week, I know that I will be able to do [[6 days of cardio & 3 of ST, and also get move it points in the BLC]].
My exercise focus this week will be on [[getting to the gym & also taking 2 or 3 walks]].
My nutrition focus this week will be on [[trying not to snack on unnecessary foods]].
[[My Wedding( less than 13 months away!)]] is my reason for being extra determined this week.
Part Two - Happiness and Well-being
