Last week, I was able to do [[5 days of working out]] and [[not go very far over my calorie intake]] which I am most proud of.

This week, I know that I will be able to do [[6 days of cardio & 3 of ST, and also get move it points in the BLC]].

Come up with an idea for a ritual that you can do for yourself once a week, whether it is a run, a bubble bath, a meal, an indulgence, anything.
