Hi SP Friends... How are You?


Don't know how to start But Today, I've workout for 4 hours...(2hrs in the afternoon, 2hrs in the midnight - LOL i know its sound crazy!!) I pushed myself hard... arghhh but then I'm really satisfied that I get my boosted energy once again...


I don't know if this is healthy or not... (I don't feel sick at all) but I think this is a good progress.. as my energy level is going up unlike before... (Partly because of SP Inspiration!!!)


Maybe I should workout minimum for 3h (6days/wk), maximum for 4h...(at least 1/wk)...


Will keep you update regarding my weekly progress.

    DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AT LEAST 8-8OZ GLASSES A DAY ALSO HELPS KEEP YOU FULL. MEASURE AND PUT INTO BAGGIES YOUR FRUITS AND VEGGIE THAT WAY THEY ARE EASY TO GRAB ALSO HELP KEEP YOU FULL GOOD LUSK READ AS MUCH AS YOU CAN THIS WILL HELP YOU HERE ON SPARK.
