9/20/10--Stress Busters: Week 1

I feel good today. I had a rough day at work, but I got some homework done after and took a long walk with my boyfriend, which felt GREAT! I love walking and it was a good way for us to both spend time together and get exercise. I also sat down and made a tenative homework schedule for the semester. I planned an assignment to work on almost every day for a couple of hours. I have the ability to really get pretty far ahead on my homework and maybe end the semester with not much to worry about. It looks like this semester won't be as demanding as some of the previous ones. Overall, I am feeling really good and de-stressed today.
