Running - Day 4

Once again, I lacked significant sleep last night (down at 4-ish am, up at 7:30 ish am). I was feeling lethargic but I pushed myself out the door anyway. I did some slower paced jogging mixed with a more strenuous run stretch. It was good. And even with the lack of sleep for the last 2 nights, I am feeling great. I haven't even had to have coffee which I LIVE on in general and more so without sleep. I totally credit this to running.
Day 4 was also with a great breeze. Not being slapped like yesterday morning. Tomorrow, I'll be running in the evening because of class (at least that's the plan...though I may change it to EARLY morning).
And I may be imagining, but my body might just be reshaping itself in response to this stint. SO I need to hurry up and take some measurements to see where I end up at the end of this. WOOHOO!
