I feel great after doing a five mile walk emoticon. I didn't really feel up to it today emoticon. I got up tired really didn't do much exercise at all last week got burnt out of the same dvd emoticon. Before my husband went to work he reminded me to workout before I get to far away and just stop, I told him ok but didn't really feel like it, I didn't plan on doing 5 miles Iwas gonna do maybe 2. Then I read a blog from a spark member that said she heard something in church and she wrote it on her hand it said I can I can, I will I will, and it really motivated me to get up and do my workout and did 5 miles emoticon. I'm trying to bust through this cycle I started off weighing 212 got down to 195 and just stopped losing weight emoticon. I'm gonna try my best to work harder at losing the rest to stay on track and not look back but look forward to my reward emoticon emoticon.

    That is great. It seems like when we stop allowing ourselves to give excuses, we get a lot accomplished. I have been making myself accountable for the things I say I will do, and it has been working so far. So, you can do it!
