Yeah!! I am officially out of the 180's. I weighed in at 179.8
. I know barely but hey the scale doesn't lie.
I had a challenging weekend. Saturday night was an all you can eat and drink Crab fest!! So much beer, mac n' cheese, mashed potatoes, wings and desserts. OH MY! I didn't deprive myself but I didn't go crazy either. I had 2 light beers and small portions of some of the above mentioned food. I did go over my calories for the day but I also had a good workout. I can't completely avoid these events for the rest of my life so I have to learn to manage them. I know I will get better at that as time goes on. I am more upset that I am having a hard time hitting my water intake on the weekends. I like water in fact besides some black coffee or tea, I don't drink anything else. I have to really make a stronger effort. I have to carry water with me like I do during the week.
Next up I need to update my measurements and start taking some pictures. I am hoping I will see some differences in my body if I start to document it. I will be sure to post the pics.
