okay so the pain has lessened isnt so intense still there and constant but not as painful..however i have been taking my hydrocodone so that it doesnt get too painful.. but i have a doc appt on monday so we will see what she says. my hubby seems to think that with my body shrinking in the place where i have had my surgeries the shrinking is messing with scar tissue and stuff.. But i'm still gonna go to get her opinion.. Today i'm going to try to re learn how to use my sewing machine and sew! I'm actually pretty excited because sewing is a great hobby! Also tonight is MNO and i'm very excited to hang out with the ladies!!! last couple of days i have been lax on my food journal just not writing anything down...not good so i have disciplined myself and am back at it today! hasnt been the best week for me but as judy said...when you realize that you need to get back down to business no matter what it is after a slip up just get up dust yourself off and get back on the horse... well i'm off to start the day hope everyone has a good day as well.. thanks for reading!

Bill pretty much summed up my thoughts. Keep us posted on your doc visit. We all have days where we know we could have done better. We just have to move forward and make sure the following day IS better! Hang in there. I know it's tough when you don't feel well, but you can do it!

I hope that the doctor can help you get the pain under control. It is no fun with pain!! Just do your best on the food journal.

And remember that a bad day (eating, cardio, water, whatever it is) is not a reason to throw in the towel. It is the changing of lifestyle that happens!! Today, tomorrow, the next day...and so on. You can do this!!

But remember also....having a great day (eating, cardio, water, whatever it is) is not a reason to say "I am so successful and so good at this....I can't just stop doing it." I don't get too many of those kinds of days when everything goes well, but they do come along. And when they do, you have to be prepared to tell yourself that this was just one day and tomorrow may be a struggle. I can do this! You can do this, too!!!

Hope you are having a wonderful weekend.....Bill
