Week one... almost made it

Tomorrow I get to eat carbs... I am most definitely starting my day off with some pancakes. My calorie levels for the week have been anywhere from 1300-1500. GO ME!!! I feel great but am starting to have cravings because I cut my carbs down to almost all veggies. Only grains I had all week were a little cream of wheat on Monday and small amount of ezekial pasta last night.
Had a couple of meal successes yesterday and today. Last night I made Ezekial pasta ( very high in protein and fiber) and topped it with Raos marinara a little parmesan and 6 oz. of canned tuna. It was really really good. Something new to add to my list of go to healthy meals. This morning I had 2 egg white plus 1 egg scrambled with 1 oz low fat cheese and about 1 cup of broccoli, I ate with a side of canadian bacon. It was delish. I'm working my way up to plain egg white because it kind of grosses me out.
Haven't worked out in the last two days but was up and on my feet at work for eight hours and with a baby at home I never sit down too much. But strangely, I miss my workout. I dread getting started on them but feel such a high afterwards. I'm definitely over the hump.
Tonight I feel really tired- I think the fat burners are making me crash a little. I'm tolerating them better now, not as jittery and watching my pulse and BP.
Tomorrow will be sort of busy. I have my sister in laws bridal shower and then it's Date Night. Can't wait for a night out with my hubby.
