Hi Imojane! I know several sentences in German...but only because of Eddie Izzards stand up routines that are my number #1 cheer up fall back! I've memorized it. haha

I always think of Imogene Coco when I see your name. You probably don't even remember that actress! Hilarious lady. Thanks for stopping by my page! I KNOW you will survive Girlfriend! ;)

Check out Yoga Booty Ballet tape. It's standard warm up, a bit of concentrated ballet moves (supposed to shape one's booty, but I'm pretty sure it's just making mine bigger!! haha....weight lifting at the same time as plie's and Then into the yoga and the sweat RUNS during that yoga stretch!)

I'll try to stay focused but I can't promise to be calm!! ;) Have a great one!!!!!

very cool song and message behind it! Yoga will probably chill you out if you have a ton of stuff to work on. I know it totally changes my frame of mind--I can go into it totally frazzled and leave feeling refreshed.

If you are ever stressed writing essays or reading, you know who to turn to because I am right there doing the same thing!

Love yoga. I know there are some versions that can really get your heart rate going. Have you ever done hot yoga (I think that's what it's called). I'm not sure I would want to try it, but your young!

There is nothing wrong with doing yoga--it is a GREAT workout! I've only done yoga dvds but it is much more strenuous than it looks I think!
You have a great day, too! I like your anthem, and am looking forward to seeing you again!
