Hi Everyone!

Im getting ready for my 5K walk on Sunday, September 26th for the Annual Louisville Aids Walk! This walk is very important to me because my grandpa died of this terrible disease in 1989! He was dead within four years of finding out and was very sick the entire time. He received a blood transfusion, which gave him the disease. Back then blood was not checked like it is now! So one of the reasons I do this walk is in Remembering him! My grandpa was a great man! I loved him dearly!

They have came so far with this disease in 21 years, since he passed away. Now they have medicine where people can live somewhat normal lives for 30 or more years. Theres no cure yet but hopefully one day they will find one! So many innocent people get this disease, including children that are already born with it. It is very sad! This is another reason I do this walk!

So, of course this walk is very important to me! If you would like to see my teams page or make a donation to help the cause, here is a link to it. Or if your close to me, I would be happy to have you walk with us! Or you can email me at for the link or more information!

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog!
