Well, I gained a little weight this week instead of losing, which is discouraging. I believe it's from not eating too well, although I did track my food and eat okay for the most part. I had a couple of days that I didn't though. Lack of exercise definitely has something to do with it too. I really wish I could get motivated to start working out again. I really wish I had a regular schedule so I could set aside a certain time of day for it every day. Now that it's getting a bit cooler outside, I hope to start doing more outdoors activities like taking walks, hiking, and maybe get back into riding my bike. I also want to get one of those heart-rate monitors that tells how many calories you've burned. It would be interesting to know just how many I acutally burn while at work.

I hope everyone has a great weekend and upcoming week. This will be a losing week, not a gaining one!
