Wow baby have I been under some stress lately! My exhusband called in false claims to child protective services, my husband has been sick and ended up in the hospital for an afternoon, and I'm in my last week of school and finishing up finals and final projects plus I'm getting another course set up at another school. CRAZY!!

Thankfully everything is working out beautifully. CPS is on my side and is offering up some assistance for us, my husband is finally well enough to go back to work and get out of my hair! I aced one of my finals last night, and my new classes were pushed back a month due to financial aid (this is actually a good thing).

Breathe..... Breathe.... Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh... (not AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!) ;)

Diet is horrible right now and exercise is a fantasy far far away. Both would help me out tremendously right now but I hardly have time to think let alone plan! Today is grocery shopping day so I will be sticking to the healthy stuff. Perhaps even plan out a week's worth of healthy meals. Definitely going shopping without my husband. He's been horrible about eating lately! Gee wonder why he got sick.

I have to figure something out for exercise. I'm not gaining weight right now but I'm also not losing. I need to start on a downward decline and I think I'd really feel better about things on many levels. I'm not sick anymore so I think I should start the bootcamp here again. It's only ten minutes a day and I think it's a good start into being more active. I've really got to figure something out. Now that I'm just about done with school I can get back into doing my Wii at night after the kids go to bed. That will help too. Plus it's starting to cool down outside so riding my bike is an option again. I did have to cancel my gym because we just don't have the money; however, I have a free month and one more month that I have to pay for so I can technically go until the beginning of December, so if my finances change between now and then I can cancel my cancel and keep going. Right now I'm not even using the gym so it's not really a point. Not going to school though does open up time to go in the evenings. I'm going to have to start planning this stuff out and sticking to the plan.
